Shipping Updates

The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

2nd July 2026

These orders have now started shipping! All orders will ship in batches over the next two weeks.

US orders: Your orders are now shipping and you should receive a tracking email from noreply@infopluscommerce.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders. 

Canada orders: All Canadian orders are now sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) via local couriers including Canada Post, and you should receive a tracking email from tracking@apc-pli.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders.

22nd June 2026

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Tuesday 23 June. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!
