Our first batch of December Boxes for both Illumicrate and Afterlight is being collected today (9 December)

Our second batch will be collected on Thursday 11 December.

All boxes from late renewals will ship the following week.

Please note that postal services are busier than usual at this time of year, and you may see long delivery times than usual due to the holidays.

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm GMT (UK time) on Wednesday 3 December. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shop Orders:

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
