Shipping Updates

The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

1st November 2024

We estimate these will begin shipping between 21st-27th November.

11th November 2024

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Tuesday 12 November. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

We expect these to begin shipping around the 21 – 29 November.

21st November 2024

These orders have now started shipping! They will begin shipping today and will ship in batches over the next two weeks.

US orders: Your orders are shipping via USPS, and you should receive a tracking email from noreply@infopluscommerce.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders. 

Canada orders: All Canadian orders are now sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) via local couriers including Canada Post, and you should receive a tracking email from tracking@apc-pli.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders.

Orders have all now shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your Illumicrate account.

Shop Orders:

All shop orders ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping notification, please get in touch with support here.
