Shipping Updates

The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

10th April 2025

Orders have all now shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your Illumicrate account.

If you have any issues with tracking or your parcel, please email support@illumicrate.com.

3rd April 2025

These orders have now started shipping! They will begin shipping today and will ship in batches over the next two weeks.

US orders: Your orders are shipping via USPS, and you should receive a tracking email from noreply@infopluscommerce.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders. 

Canada orders: All Canadian orders are now sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) via local couriers including Canada Post, and you should receive a tracking email from tracking@apc-pli.com. If you have not received a tracking email, you can also find this information by logging into your us.illumicrate.com account and checking your orders.

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm GMT (UK time) on Tuesday 25 March . To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shipping between 3 - 8 Apr.

Due to production delays and the cyberattack at the book printers CPI, we are not expecting this to ship until April. We will update further when we have more information.
